• Return: We feel confident you’ll love your SIAWY products, and promise to do our absolute best to always offer unique designs and quality items. We are here to make shopping as fun, and as effortless as possible. We are only only an email away if you have any questions. However, because each piece is hand-printed to order, we cannot offer returns of exchanges at this time. 

• Damaged products: You have 7 days to let us know about any faulty items. Contact us via email and send pictures of your damaged goods, and we will make sure you are issued either a refund or a product replacement quickly. 

• Shipping: Current shipping is taking about 2-3 weeks. We want you to have everything in your hands as soon as possible, but because everything is printed to order, it can take a little longer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but promise it will be worth the short wait. 

• Privacy: We will never sell your information to third-parties. EVER.
